Refund and Returns Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, it was received.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

3. Refunds
3.1 Process
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
- Should your return be approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3.2 Timeframe
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
- We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send an email to info@sizzl.co.za and send your item to: 156 Bram Fisher Drive, 1st Floor Holiday House, Randburg, Johannesburg, South Africa.
5. Shipping
5.1 Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5.2 Shipping for Exchanges
- If you are exchanging an item, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for Exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
